A training, nutrition and body-weight app for the phone. It installs to the iPhone home screen and works offline, and an iOS app version is in development.
Open RACK- Train
- A workout tracker with saved routines, a 231-exercise library, a rest timer, plate math, last-time numbers, and a plate-colored calendar.
- Fuel
- Take a photo of a plate and AI reads the calories and macros off it, or just describe what you ate. Barcode scanning, saved foods and meals, and water tracking.
- Weight
- A 7-day average chart, your weekly rate, and a maintenance-calorie (TDEE) estimate built from your weigh-ins.
- Steps and Coach
- Step tracking, plus a Coach card that points out one true thing from your own log and shows the math behind it.
- Units
- Pounds or kilos across the whole app.
Vibes. Each person picks a vibe: a complete visual theme, not just a color swap. Tap one under the phone to see it.
Under the hood
- Accounts
- Every person gets their own account with an email sign-in. Each account's data is private, and no account can see another's.
- Invite-only access
- New people get in with an invite code, or by requesting access and being approved. I approve them from an admin panel inside the app.
- Database
- Firebase, Google's cloud database, syncs everything between devices in real time. I wrote the security rules, so nothing is publicly readable.
- AI food estimates
- These run through my own Cloudflare Worker, which calls Claude. Each person has daily limits and a monthly spending cap that I set from the admin panel, so costs stay predictable. A photo estimate costs me well under a cent.
- Offline and updates
- It works without signal, and it updates itself when I ship a new version.
